Each individual may hold only one onebet2u account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose is a material breach of this Agreement.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. onebet2u reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or any conduct that distorts the integrity of games or betting markets constitutes a violation and may result in account suspension and winnings forfeiture.
All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback programmes are subject to specific bonus terms. Bonus abuse — including structured play designed to guarantee profit — voids all associated funds.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Use of the onebet2u platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. onebet2u reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. onebet2u may, at its sole discretion, void any winnings and close any account established on the basis of inaccurate registration data.
Each individual is entitled to hold one (1) onebet2u account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited. onebet2u employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, onebet2u reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.
onebet2u provides services to members where lawfully permitted. It is each Member's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. onebet2u makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction beyond its licensed territory. Members who access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your onebet2u login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. onebet2u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
If you have reason to believe that your onebet2u account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify onebet2u's support team immediately via live chat. onebet2u will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation; however, any transactions completed prior to notification will be treated as authorised.
You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access onebet2u is free from malware, keyloggers, or other security vulnerabilities. onebet2u is not liable for account compromises arising from insecure devices. You are advised to enable the two-factor authentication feature available in your account security settings.
onebet2u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Currently supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. onebet2u reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method support at any time without prior notice.
All deposits to onebet2u are final and non-refundable except in limited circumstances (such as technical processing errors) determined at onebet2u's sole discretion. By completing a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a lawful source and that you are the legal owner of the payment method used.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits to the same account or to verified payment methods registered under your name. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the same business day for verified accounts; however, onebet2u reserves the right to extend processing times during compliance reviews. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the platform and may be amended from time to time.
All transactions on the onebet2u platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. For USDT TRC20 transactions, conversion to MYR is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing.
onebet2u offers various promotional programmes to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before withdrawal eligibility is established. Only bets placed with real-money Wallet Balance count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, structured betting designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, multi-accounting for bonus farming, collusive play in conjunction with bonuses, or any other conduct inconsistent with legitimate gaming — is strictly prohibited. Where onebet2u determines that bonus abuse has occurred, onebet2u reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Bonus Funds not used or wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account without compensation. The standard Bonus Fund validity period is 14 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
All bets placed on onebet2u are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you accept those rules unconditionally. onebet2u reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on suspended markets, or as a result of technical malfunction. Bets placed on obvious pricing errors will not be honoured and will be voided irrespective of outcome. Live game results generated by certified RNG engines and live dealer outcomes are final.
Collusion between players, use of automated betting scripts or bots, exploitation of software errors, or any other conduct that distorts the fairness of the gaming environment is strictly prohibited. onebet2u actively monitors for such activity. Members found to be engaged in any such conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately and all winnings associated with the prohibited activity will be voided.

Violations of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the onebet2u platform — including but not limited to logos, software, databases, game assets, text, graphics, and the overall platform design — is the proprietary property of onebet2u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without the prior written consent of onebet2u. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onebet2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game results attributable to third-party providers.
onebet2u's total liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
onebet2u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; or detection of duplicate accounts. In the event of termination for cause, onebet2u reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation or, where fraud is established, to forfeit such balance.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting onebet2u support. Upon closure of a compliant account with no pending investigations, the verified Wallet Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact onebet2u's customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by onebet2u's licensing authority. All decisions rendered by the licensing authority's dispute resolution process are final and binding on both parties.
